Anti-Inflammatory Reboot Drink
- 2 cups hot water
- 1-2 tablespoons local honey
- 1 lemon , juiced and strained
- ½ lime , juiced and strained
- ¼ teaspoons turmeric
- 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
- Divide all ingredients between 2 mugs. Stir and let steep for 5 minutes. Sip slowly in a quiet place to encourage peace and relaxation.
