6 easiest-ever frosty desserts
Creating an impressive frozen layered dessert is easy with Lunds & Byerlys gelatos and Lunds & Byerlys bakery cookies.
Start by lining a loaf pan with foil and layer the cookies and gelato. For a grown-up dessert, drizzle the cookie layer with coffee or liqueurs. Place in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let stand for a few minutes. Remove the dessert from the pan and slice up the cool and frosty dessert!

Chocolate salted caramel (shown): Chocolate cookies or Lunds & Byerlys Brownie Bites with Lunds & Byerlys Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. Drizzle the cookies with salted caramel rum liqueur.
Peanut butter and chocolate: Peanut butter cookies with Lunds & Byerlys Chocolate Gelato. Drizzle the cookies with an ounce of crème de cacao for a grown-up finish.
Lemon cream: Lemon cookies with Lunds & Byerlys Tahitian Vanilla Gelato. Spike this one with an ounce of Campari and garnish with fresh lemon basil.
