3 rhubarb cocktails
These tasty cocktails all start with rhubarb simple syrup.
And like the name says, it’s really simple to make!
Combine 4 cups of chopped rhubarb, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup of
water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and pour into
a sealable container. Store in the refrigerator. Perfect for dazzling your
guests with these cocktail combos:
- 2 ounces gin + 1 ounce simple syrup + 4 ounces soda water
- 1 ounce simple syrup + 4 ounces Prosecco
- 2 ounces tequila + 1
ounce Cointreau + 1 ounce simple syrup + 2 ounces fresh lime juice
