3 Easy Smoothie Recipes

Not only are smoothies a wonderful, healthy way to start
your day, but they’re a great snack, too! Filled with fruits and veggies,
they’re a perfect way to beat the munchies without having to feel guilty
afterwards. Here are three delicious smoothie suggestions:

Berry Banana Smoothie
Combine the following in a blender and blend until smooth:

1½ cups milk of your choice
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ frozen banana
Dash of cinnamon

Daybreak Smoothie
Combine the following in a blender and blend until smooth:

1 cup milk of your choice
1 orange, peeled and seeded
1 banana
1 teaspoon Lunds & Byerlys Pure Maple Syrup
½ teaspoon turmeric
Handful of ice

Green Smoothie
Combine the following in a blender and blend until smooth:

1 cup milk of your choice
2 cups kale
or spinach
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ frozen avocado, peeled and pitted
