- In small mixing bowl whisk together pesto and olive oil; set aside.
- Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices, alternating and over lapping them on large serving platter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle pesto-oil mixture over tomatoes and mozzarella slices. Sprinkle pine nuts over and garnish with basil leaves, if desired.
