Mahi Mahi is a magnificent firm-fleshed fish, found in the warmer waters of both the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. Broiling is a quick and easy way to prepare a mouth-watering Mahi Mahi dinner.
- Simply place the fillet on a well-oiled broiling pan and brush with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle paprika on both sides of the Mahi Mahi, then place the pan about four inches below the broiler.
- Broil the Mahi Mahi ten minutes per inch of thickness, turning once halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve with a wedge of lemon.
