Directions

1. Garlic Rub: In small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme and 1/2 teaspoon pepper melange. Rub evenly over entire surface of roast.
2. Herbed Beef Rub: In small bowl, combine 4 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon dried basil and 1/4 teaspoon pepper melange. Rub evenly over entire surface of roast.
3. Lemon Pepper Herb Rub: In small bowl, combine 4 teaspoons minced garlic, 2 teaspoons lemon and pepper seasoning salt, 2 teaspoons dried rosemary and 2 teaspoons salt. Rub evenly over entire surface of roast.
