Pulled Pork Toasties

These easy open-faced sandwiches are fantastic served as appetizers or as a light dinner.

You’ll need the following ingredients:

L&B Shredded Pork Carnitas, available in our deli (or make your own pulled pork)
Your favorite BBQ sauce
L&B Corn Toasties, available in our bakery
L&B Signature Coleslaw

Combine the shredded pork and BBQ sauce in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until heated all the way through. Layer the BBQ pork on top of the Corn Toasties and top with coleslaw.
