Lunds & Byerlys bakery offers a wide variety of baked goods, from sweet treats to delicious artisan breads. Our bakery experts, cake decorators and pastry chefs are available every day to answer any questions you may have.
Cakes
Our cakes are handmade with only the finest ingredients, using our exclusive cake mix recipe and signature buttercream frosting. You can choose from one of our ready-made cakes, available every day in our bakery, or we’re happy to make a custom cake for your special occasion. We’re the wedding cake experts! Simply make an appointment with the cake decorator or pastry chef at your Lunds or Byerly’s store to chat about what they can create for your next special event.
Artisan Breads
We offer a delicious selection of handmade artisan breads that are baked fresh daily. We partnered with a local artisan bread baker to create many varieties of true-to-the-craft artisan breads that are crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. All of our artisan breads are all natural and many contain superfoods such as chia, flax or pumpkin seeds. From old world sourdough to the traditional baguette, there’s a fresh artisan offering to pair with all of your culinary needs.
European Pastries
Our professionally trained pastry chefs create beautiful masterpieces of edible artwork every day. Decadent chocolate ganache, fresh fruit and creamy caramel are some of the favorite flavors we incorporate into our freshly made pastries. Our Signature favorites such as Raspberry Mascarpone, Death by Chocolate, and Crème Brûlée are created with the freshest of ingredients.
