Our fresh brats and sausages are produced locally in Cannon Falls by Lorenz Meats, a second generation family-owned company. The meat is sourced exclusively from animals that are vegetarian fed, humanely handled on family farms, and are never given antibiotics or growth hormones.

Burger Preparation Tips
Always remember to oil your grill before cooking burgers. For ease of preparation use a medium heat for our pub style burgers and a higher heat for our steakhouse burgers. Make sure you use a meat thermometer and always cook your burgers to a minimum internal temperature of 160 F.
Sausage Preparation Tips
We recommend cooking from raw on the grill using a medium heat. If you experience flare-up, turn the heat lower to avoid burning the sausage. Your pork brats should be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160 F, and turkey brats should be cooked to a minimum of 165 F.
