World-Renowned Chef Massimo Bottura to Make Exclusive Appearance at Byerly’s

World-renowned Chef Massimo Bottura will make an exclusive appearance at Byerly’s in St. Louis Park June 13-14.
On Saturday, June 13, he will reveal the endless possibilities of olive oils and balsamic vinegars during a noon to 1 p.m. cooking class. The class will be repeated from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per class, and advance registration is required by calling 952-253-3409 or visiting LundsandByerlys.com.
On Sunday, June 14, the Modenese chef will make another appearance at Byerly’s St. Louis Park. At this free event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., customers will have an opportunity to meet Chef Bottura, sample some of his cuisine and learn a variety of cooking tips and techniques. Advance registration is not required.
